The town of Poissy celebrates the Fête Nationale with a whole host of events... On the program: the traditional fireworks display, of course, but also games for young and old, and a two-part musical evening. Join us on Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 10 a.m. to enjoy the celebrations!

Every year on July 14, France celebrates its national holiday. This date refers to the storming of the Bastille, a symbolic moment in the victory of the revolutionaries over the monarchists. The Fête Nationale is an opportunity for communes across France to celebrate this historic date with a series of events: popular balls, firemen's balls and, above all, fireworks displays in the evening!

As usual for the Fête nationale, the town of Poissy will be firing off its traditional and magnificent fireworks display. But please note that, like many other towns in the Île-de-France region, this one will be fired on Sunday July 13, 2025 , and not on D-Day. So don't get your dates mixed up - you'll be disappointed, and so will your children!

At dusk, around 11 p.m., spectators will be able to settle down on the banks of the Seine, near the Vieux-Pont de Poissy, to admire a magical display of light and music fired from the middle of the Seine. The program also includes the Poissy Games on Place de la République from 10 a.m., and a two-part musical evening with Dial Show before and after the fireworks.
The fireworks are of course free and open to all, so it would be a shame not to take advantage and miss this wonderful evening of celebration!

Happy National Holiday 2025!
