Every year, France celebrates its national holiday around July 14th. On this occasion, fireworks displays, popular balls and other traditional festivities flourish all over France. In Paris, two highlights attract locals and visitors alike: the impressive military parade down the Champs-Elysées and the iconic fireworks display from the Eiffel Tower. But the capital isn't the only one in a festive mood! Everywhere in the Île-de-France region, a festive program awaits you between July 13 and 14, 2023! It's the perfect opportunity to discover local events and conquer the region's heritage.
In the Val d'Oise, the town of Herblay-sur-Seine awaits you to take part in the Fête Nationale festivities! "Numerous events will be on offer to celebrate the Fête Nationale together. Starting at 9:30pm, the Mayor and elected members of the Municipal Council will distribute lanterns in the Salle Simone Veil (43 rue du Général de Gaulle). The brass band will then lead the way for the torchlight procession to the quays of the Seine. You'll have a front-row seat for the pyrotechnic and musical spectacle. The festivities will continue in the Parc de la Mairie with an evening dance hosted by a DJ." Source
