Throughout the winter season, Splash invites you to the mountains, to Monix, with its winter chalet and its multitude of illuminated gondolas glittering with a thousand lights! rillettes and salmon gougère A small warm gougère topped with rillettes and salmon, with salmon roe for a delicate salty touch.
truffled artichoke mini tartlet A crispy artichoke bite, flavored with truffle for a gourmet and festive touch.
