Head for Asnières-sur-Seine in the Hauts-de-Seine department to discover the new Halle des Victoires, making its debut on the Paris region's gourmet scene. This food court, ideally located in the center of town near the Hôtel de Ville, now welcomes gourmands with 6 kiosks and a bar, offering a varied and accessible range of catering options.
We were lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the new space. Although the initial project called for 7 kiosks, including a Japanese one, the latter eventually pulled out. However, a new concept should soon join the Halle to complete the offer. On site, you'll discover a hall on a human scale. Far from the impersonal halls of the past, Halle des Victoires focuses on conviviality and proximity.
The location is a real asset for this new venue. Right in the heart ofAsnières, a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville, the food court is strategically positioned to attract both local residents and workers looking for a quality lunch break. This central location is reminiscent of the bustle of Parisian covered markets, where authenticity meets modernity. La Halle des Victoires is located on the Place des Victoires, right next to the traditional market, open two mornings a week.
The ambition of this place is based on a simple concept: to offer quality, homemade products at affordable prices. A popular approach that allows everyone to enjoy generous, well-cared-for cuisine, far removed from standardized chains. Each kiosk has its own identity and specialities, offering a veritable culinary voyage within the same 700 m² space.
A number of passionate craftsmen and women man the kiosks. Among them are well-known figures in French gastronomy, who contribute their expertise to the project.
At The Butcher, you'll discover noble Scottish cuts cooked teppanyaki style. The meat is tender and melt-in-your-mouth, enough to delight carnivores. This steakhouse cooks its meat a la plancha in front of the customer's eyes, so you can indulge yourself with a good burger minute.
Börek & Co 's Turkish specialties also offer us some fine discoveries, with their thin patties filled with marinated meats, grilled vegetables and melting cheeses. These börek awaken the taste buds and are sure to please lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. We also enjoyed the baklava, especially the revisited version soaked in milk, which adds a softness to the pastry.
Flavor Academy 92 (also known as Burning Naan) offers generous, fragrant Indian street-food-style cuisine. Chef Renaud Ramamourty, a former member of the prestigious Petrossian kitchens and a Top Chef contestant, is at the helm of the kitchen, and his specialties are full of flavor, including the famous butter chicken wrap. The spices are well proportioned and the naans well executed. We also like the desserts, such as the rose, lychee and raspberry tiramisu.
AtEskinita, the Iberian atmosphere is an invitation to travel. This stop-off offers the whole of Spain on one plate, with tapas, charcuterie, empanadas and other Mediterranean specialties. The place exudes the good vibes of the South and offers a moment of gourmet escape that makes you believe you're in the sun.
Le Comptoir Sucré, run by Mohamed, the emblematic contestant on M6's Meilleur Pâtissier, offers well-balanced pastries to round off any meal. This talented pastry chef, who has won over the hearts of TV viewers, puts his know-how at the service of viennoiseries and sweet creations that allow you to indulge without excess. The cakes are delicate and the flavors finely crafted.
At the center of the hall, Le Rond-Point acts as an anchor and gathering place. Under the guidance of Nir Chouchana, crowned France's best bartender in 1998 and French Coffee and Good Spirit champion in 2014, this French-style bar accompanies every moment, from morning coffee to late-night drinks. Drawing on his recognized expertise in the world of mixology, this bar craftsman evolves his offer to the rhythm of the seasons, with specialty coffees, mocktails, craft beers from the Île-de-France region and draught cocktails. The spritz on draught, a new house specialty, adds a convivial touch to the experience. The central bar is the perfect place to wait, meet up with friends or simply enjoy the warm atmosphere. It took a while for us to get going, but we're sure they'll soon get the hang of it.
The architecture, designed byAtelier Filippini, dialogues with history while blending seamlessly into its surroundings. Inspired by 19th-century halles, the structure plays the card of transparency with its large glass façades and assertive metalwork. On the façade, the clock echoes those of the town hall and station, becoming a familiar landmark in the neighborhood.
The set design, by Studio Louma, pays careful attention to detail, with wood, mirrors and Spanish earthenware. Cobalt blue, the hall's signature color, makes a bold statement on the common areas, while the kiosks are presented in a warm palette of ochre, terracotta and brick tones. This attention to detail creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The space offers 132 indoor seats, a 116 m² covered terrace and a 130-space secure underground parking lot, open since July 17, 2025. This new gourmet stopover is open Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 10pm, and on Sundays from 10am to 3pm.
Halle des Victoires is easily accessible. You can get there via the Asnières-sur-Seine transilien L station, or take bus routes 175, 178 and N52. Metro line 13 and Gabriel Péri station is also an option. For those who prefer to drive, the underground parking lot makes access to the site much easier.
Each merchant has been selected for their authenticity and expertise. The selection favors fresh produce, mostly French, and a responsible approach with zero individual packaging. This eco-responsible approach is in line with our desire to offer quality catering while respecting the environment.
This new address is part of a wider urban project led by the city of Asnières-sur-Seine. Since 2012, the town has been transforming 16 hectares of industrial land into an eco-district. Halle des Victoires thus complements the Halle Flachat, which opened in September 2025 in the same commune, confirming Asnières' ambition to become a true gastronomic hub in the Île-de-France region. This development project was carried out with the financial support of the Hauts-de-Seine Department, the Greater Paris Metropolis and the Île-de-France Region.
This gourmet hall is becoming a new hybrid living space in the heart of Asnières-sur-Seine. More than just a dining space, the ambition is to become a true third-place where you can share a meal, meet your neighbors and soak up the local atmosphere. A flexible, authentic format that breathes new life into the town center while cultivating the modern village spirit of this commune of almost 90,000 inhabitants.
Lovers of good food will appreciate this new address where you can dine in a relaxed, no-fuss atmosphere, far from impersonal spaces. If you're looking for peace and quiet and table service, you may have to choose another option.
