Among the many culinary courses and workshops on offer in the capital, Miss Tâm's Kitchenette caught our eye for its simple, generous and, above all, delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Lemongrass chicken, Bo bun, simmered tofu and other dishes straight from Southeast Asia are on the program for two- or four-hour workshops.

From Bô Bun to all kinds of chicken salads, Phô soup and stir-fried vegetables, it's a one-way ticket to Southeast Asia when you arrive at Kitchenette Miss Tâm in the 12th arrondissement. You can choose from one- or two-course menus, with workshops lasting from 2h30 to 4h.

But don't forget: before you start tasting, it's time to get ready! In groups of several, Miss Tâm welcomes you to theAppartement Créatif on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Peel, sauté vegetables, chop herbs... always under the watchful eye of Miss Tâm, who guides you with kindness. The class ends with a tasting of the dishes you've just prepared, for a great moment of conviviality!

Many of the workshops on offer are vegetarian: take your pick of stir-fried rice noodles, tofu simmered in soy sauce... For meat eaters, this is an opportunity to learn how to make a Bo bun, stir-fried lemongrass chicken, steamed pork buns... Count €79.90 per person for a 4-hour class followed by an on-site tasting, and €49.90 for a 2-hour class also followed by a tasting.

Miss Tâm's cooking workshops are also available as gift vouchers, if you'd like to treat your loved ones to this unusual experience.
