Maison Caffet has created a magical 2025 Christmas collection inspired by the world of The Nutcracker. In the three Parisian boutiques (5th, 13th, and 16th arrondissements), Pascal Caffet and his teams of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France invite us to discover exceptional chocolate creations, featuring the "Le Rêve de Casse-Noisette" log, available from December 1.

Pascal Caffet's Christmas logsare always among our favorite pastry and chocolate creations. We love this collection, designed as a tribute to Christmas stories. Maison Caffet, certified as a Living Heritage Company since 2014, draws on all its artisanal expertise to create gourmet treats that bring back childhood memories. Pascal Caffet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Champion of Dessert Crafts, orchestrates with his teams a symphony of flavors around chocolate and praline, the raw materials in which the Troyes-based company has specialized since 1954.

The signature "Le Rêve de Casse-Noisette" log is a precious, ultra-limited edition creation designed for 10 to 12 guests. Beneath a thin shell of 70% dark chocolate sculpted like precious armor lies an intense and silky mousse. At the heart of this composition, a compote of sour cherries and pieces of amarena cherry infuse a touch of freshness and a subtle fruity acidity that counterbalances the power of the chocolate. The base is a moist chocolate and buckwheat flour biscuit with roasted accents, combined with a sweet and enveloping Madagascar Bourbon vanilla cream. A crunchy hazelnut and almond praline enriches this creation with an irresistibly indulgent crunch. This exceptional log is sold in its ultra-precious box starting at €99 and can be ordered exclusively from Maison Caffet.

In addition to the signature Yule log, the collection features several other mouthwatering chocolate creations. The "Crac-Noisette" is a nod to vintage toys, presented in a beautifully designed, elegant box. Underneath the intense 70% chocolate shell, the Piedmont hazelnut praline and hazelnut pieces are ready to be savored. This exceptional 500g gourmet treat is available from $74.90. There is also "La Brigade pralinée," a box of six creations in the shape of nutcrackers. At the heart of each bite, a Piedmont hazelnut praline nestles under a thin shell of 36% milk chocolate with a subtly milky sweetness.

In addition to its signature piece, Maison Caffet is unveiling a complete range of 2025 Christmas logs to suit all tastes. The Ovation log (serves 6 to 8) combines crunchy almonds and chocolate, creamy Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and intense dark chocolate mousse. For lovers of exotic flavors, the Léonor log (serves 6 to 8) combines crunchy almonds and coconut, creamy mango and passion fruit, and coconut dacquoise biscuit. There is also the Merveilleuse log (serves 6 to 8), which combines a crunchy hazelnut praline with an intense 70% dark chocolate mousse. The "Bal de Minuit" rolled log (serves 8 to 10) plays on the lightness of Japanese biscuit, which conceals the intensity of the chocolate.

The "Songe Tropical" frozen log (serves 6 to 8) features a coconut and almond dacquoise biscuit, mango sorbet, and passion fruit. The "Choco Céleste" ice cream log (serves 6 to 8) combines an almond dacquoise biscuit with Bourbon vanilla ice cream from Madagascar. For smaller gatherings or foodies who want to try a variety of flavors, the Ovation, Léonor, and Merveilleuse mini logs are also available in individual portions.

The delicately caramelized choux pastries are filled with ice cream and topped with hot chocolate sauce. We also love the individual creations such asthe chestnut and blackcurrant éclair, delicately caramelized and sprinkled with roasted almond slivers, or the chestnut and blackcurrant tartlet on sweet pastry filled with frangipane.

To help you wait until Christmas, Maison Caffet also offers "La Partition de Noël," an ultra-gourmet advent calendar available from November 1. Each window hides a handmade surprise created using the brand's exceptional expertise: 2 marshmallow and praline bears, 2 large rocks, 3 chocolate and praline or caramel cookies, 3 chocolate bars, 2 bars with inclusions, and 12 chocolate candies. This veritable concert of textures and flavors weighing 570g is available from $99 for the whole family.
