And if you're the type who likes to get your hands dirty, how about surprising your loved ones this year by making your own foie gras? That's exactly what La Ferme de Viltain offers in a workshop. Chef Guy will guide you through the process of preparing a 500-gram terrine that you can then cook at home. A tasting of pan-fried foie gras is also included in this gourmet workshop. All ingredients and utensils will be provided!
The event will take place on December 6, 2025, with three time slots available: 9 a.m., 11 a.m., and 2 p.m. The workshop costs €79 per person and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Please note that reservations are required!
