Apricot and organic Bourbon vanilla blend with golden honey and sun-kissed citrus fruits, while Sicilian almonds replace some of the butter for a light and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Four kneadings, three fermentations, and upside-down baking give this signature softness, faithful to Italian tradition.
