In Montévrain, the end of 2025 promises to be more festive than ever with Christmas events from November 29 to December 10, 2025. This Seine-et-Marne Christmas Market will be held at the Montévrain Sports Academy on November 29 and 30, with around fifty stalls selling local crafts and delicacies, not to mention the presence of Santa Claus throughout the weekend, which is sure to delight children, and a photo exhibition by the Photo Passion Montévrain association.
On Sunday, November 30, the city is also organizing Kid's Greniers, an event dedicated to families, where children can buy games, books, toys, bicycles, and leisure items in a friendly atmosphere that encourages exchange and reuse as Christmas approaches.
The festivities continue on Saturday, December 6, with the Christmas Village, set up on the Millésime forecourt. From 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., this small pop-up market brings together artisans who come to present their creations, while sweet treats warm the hearts of visitors. On Wednesday, December 10, Montévrain lights up for its grand Christmas Parade, a magical procession where families are invited to follow the procession by the light of lanterns. The parade, accompanied by a live show presented by the Amis de la Danse association, features elves, costumed characters, and the traditional Christmas float. At the end of the parade, the Festival Committee will offer hot chocolate, prolonging this moment of conviviality amid the city's illuminations in the early evening.
