Beneath its milk jam mousse, you'll find a rich chocolate cream and a vanilla caramel insert, all resting on a crunchy chocolate biscuit infused with fleur de sel. This exclusive individual-sized treat is available at the café until December 27, 2025, for €12.
Beside this centerpiece, another holiday classic takes center stage: the Christmas Pâté en Croûte, crafted by Cédric Chabaudie, who placed 4th at the 2023 World Championship and received the Prix de la Confrérie du Pâté-Croûte. This reinvented version combines foie gras, dried fruits, and poultry, served with a fresh salad. Available exclusively from Thursday to Sunday until December 14, 2025, for €23.
