On the counter: spirits and liqueurs from small French producers, homemade syrups, fresh juices and organic sodas. The two of you taste, mix and tweak until you’ve created a cocktail that’s just right for you. The team also shares its tasting secrets, so you can savor each spirit in a whole new light.

The choice of ingredients is wide-ranging, giving you plenty of combinations to try before you find your favorite. As you make your creations, the team will also show you the craft behind the bar.
