Romain Lièvre has set up store in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, just a few blocks from Boulevard Saint-Michel. It's a unique place, where you can enjoy pastries worthy of the finest restaurants at unbeatable prices.
The young chef, Romain Lièvre, trained in some of Paris's finest establishments, including theIntercontinental and La Grande Cascade, the gourmet restaurant in the Bois de Boulogne, and decided to elevate pastry-making to the rank of French gastronomy.
For Christmas, he has designed a log featuring a Tannéa milk mousse (created by Chocolaterie de l'Opéra), a Piedmont hazelnut mousse insert with a pure praline heart, on a chocolate feuillantine! This log will be available in an 8/10-person size at a price of 48€, as well as in individual portions, available in the store at 6€.
The log will be available in the store from December 15, 2014, and must be reserved from October 14, 2014 to facilitate the organization of the patisserie.
What's more, a special Christmas pastry awaits us every day in the store, namely a "Santa's bonnet", made with a TANNEA Lactée mousse (from Madagascar), a flowing coconut heart on an almond-coconut cookie, set with a crispy coconut pompom. To be enjoyed on the spot, with a delicious homemade hot chocolate!
