After a welcome and breakfast with the Z'amis de Nono in animal-assisted mediation, you’ll be able to admire the patients’ works on display at the farm and in the former kitchens, and visit the psychiatry museum, freshly renovated to (re)discover "the Queen’s gown" by Marie Maillet Vitiello, created at Maison Blanche and listed in the additional inventory of historic monuments (ISMH).
The exhibition "1934, from one asylum to another, lives on paper" in partnership with HMMB will mark the route from the institution’s entrance to the archives service, open for the occasion: the Camille Claudel file will be accessible on site, among others.
At the Chaslin Pavilion, discover VE Goes to the Movies, a space devoted to photography and cinema!
Guided tours will be led by members of Serhep (Society for Studies and Historical Research in Psychiatry) and the Heritage and Works department, with departures from the farm at 2:30 p.m. on both days (about 1.5 hours), registration at jep@epsve.fr.
And a new feature this year: a family-friendly self-guided route created in partnership with the Heritage Foundation!

Her mother and her brother have her committed to Ville-Evrard psychiatric hospital in March 1913; then to the Montdevergues asylum in Avignon. Unbeknownst to her, she is forbidden visits and contact with the outside world. Two actresses and a musician conduct the investigation, tracing her through letters and archives, while facing censorship and secrecy.
"For Her Good" goes beyond Camille Claudel’s story and asks us about our condition, our era.
