Heritage Days 2025: exceptional tours of the Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse in Paris

For over a decade, multi-starred chef Alain Ducasse has made it his mission to introduce fine palates to the original taste of quality raw produce, prepared in his various Parisian factories.

He opened his chocolate factory in 2013, followed by his coffee factory in 2019, his ice cream factory in 2021 and his cookie factory. Enough to satisfy every craving and delight every palate!

With the Journées du Patrimoine 2025 taking place this year on Saturday September 20 and Sunday September 21, the Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse is taking part for the very first time in this event eagerly awaited by young and old alike.

So, on September 20 and 21, 2025, chocolate lovers are invited to Chocolat Alain Ducasse - Manufacture des Grands Champs, and Chocolat Alain Ducasse - Manufacture de la Roquette, for 100% chocolate tours of the premises. A way to understand the transformations that enable cocoa beans to become the brown gold we love so much.
