Guided tour of the François Tillequin Museum – Materia Medica collections
The most intriguing treasure among the Paris Faculty of Pharmacy’s holdings, this museum has, since 1882, gathered more than 25,000 plant specimens—leaves, flowers, roots and fruits—preserved by drying. Guided tours of the museum are led by teaching-researchers.
The Interuniversity Health Library – Pharmacy Department will also display a selection of documents illustrating the history of pharmacy and photography, in conjunction with the bicentennial of photography.

The botanical garden, established by Léon Guignard, opened in 1884. Its original mission was to acquaint future pharmacists with the plants essential to therapeutics. While adapting to the evolution of medical studies, it has preserved the enchantment of the 19th century.

Guided tour of the Hall of Acts at the Paris Faculty of Pharmacy
The Assembly Hall is a privileged venue where doctoral defenses are held, as well as sessions of the National Academy of Pharmacy, meetings of the History of Pharmacy Society, and other prestigious events. More than 90 gilt portraits adorn its listed walls, reflecting the evolution of the training of apothecaries and pharmacists.
This circuit also includes a visit to the Valette Gallery, known as the “gallery of pots,” which brings together donations received by the History of Pharmacy Society and the Paris Faculty of Pharmacy. One of the principal donors was a pharmacist named Charles Fialon, whose bronze bust can be seen in the hall.

Memory Lab — Charline Tartare’s Photography Exhibition
I photograph places we pass by without really seeing them every day. Paris’s Faculty of Pharmacy, with its chipped doors, fogged windows, and colors that endure. In this everyday heritage, what remains when the corridors go quiet? Between absence and light, I try to preserve the trace of what is fading away.
The exhibition will be freely accessible in the Dean’s Salons.

Escape game at the Paris Faculty of Pharmacy
“In the corridors of time: at the heart of the Paris Faculty of Pharmacy, visitors are drawn into a thrilling quest through the annals and venues that throw open their doors for a day. A parchment fragment, half-erased since its 1882 construction, has been unveiled to the public. The parchment conceals an incomplete formula… Scattered throughout the route are several clue words. The more puzzles you crack, the closer you’ll get to the secret of the formula. If you don’t uncover the formula within 30 minutes, the parchment’s secret will fade away forever…”
This escape game lets you discover the faculty’s iconic spaces in a playful setting, with friends or family.
We’re offering two time slots: 1 p.m. or 3 p.m.
Each slot will accommodate around 5 teams, with 3 to 5 participants each. The game lasts about 45 minutes.
Participation conditions: This activity is not recommended for children under 10.
