The Chinese New Year parade is making a grand return to the Champs-Élysées on Sunday, February 1, 2026. This year, to mark the Year of the Fire Horse, an exciting surprise awaits: robots will join the traditional procession alongside nine dragons and fifteen lions! Over 600 performers are set to take part in what promises to be the most spectacular parade yet. [Read more]
As a reminder, with "Paris Respire", Paris City Hall hopes to reduce fine particle emissions. And since October 2018, the car-free perimeter has been extended to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements of Paris, allowing pedestrians to fully enjoy the center of the capital.
The anti-pollution plan has therefore continued to gain momentum, resulting in traffic restrictions for older cars and trucks since July 2017.
