Porter la plume dans l'après, a participatory conference on how to be better informed

Published by ContenuOffert · Published on April 25th, 2023 at 10:49 a.m.
Open conversation for better information, with two journalists and a historian of the future. Free event proposed by Epop&, Institut des Futurs souhaitables: May 11, 7pm in Paris.

Are you one of the majority of French people suffering from information fatigue, which leads them to limit their exposure to the news, or even cut themselves off from it to breathe easier?

Just as we've learned to eat better by changing the contents of our plates, we can inform ourselves better by putting an end to the daily confiscation of our attention and focusing our gaze on the long term.

It's as much a question of mental health as of democratic health.

An open conversation with Anne-Sophie Novel, journalist specializing in ecological alternatives and the media, author of Mieux s'informer - je passe à l'acte (Actes Sud) and Anne Le Gall, Sciences-Santé-Environnement journalist at France Info, moderated by Mathieu Baudin, historian, futurist and director of the Institut des Futurs Souhaitables.

This participatory conference is offered by Epop&:
the free, ongoing program of desirable futures.

Conversations, workshops, learning walks... to enable everyone to take their dreams seriously and turn them into a strategy.
