But to ensure the smooth running of this final stage of the Tour de France in Paris, the Police Prefecture has issued an order to temporarily modify parking and traffic on several roads across the capital. Here are the parking and traffic restrictions planned for the occasion in the 7th, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th arrondissements of Paris.

In detail, parking of any vehicle is prohibited from 6:00 p.m. on July 24 to 11:59 p.m. on July 26, in the streets and stretches of road listed below, in Paris Centre, the 7th, 8th, 9th, 15th and 18th arrondissements.

More traffic restrictions this time around. Thus, all vehicle traffic is forbidden from July 25 at 8:00 a.m. to July 26 at 11:59 p.m., on the southwest-side carriageway, between Cours La Reine and the Georges Pompidou exit ramp toward Place de la Concorde, in the 8th arrondissement.

Also note that vehicle traffic is prohibited on July 26 from 00:01 to 23:59, on the following streets and portions of streets located in the 8th arrondissement:

Cours-la-Reine
Avenue Winston Churchill;
Place Clemenceau.

Vehicles will also be banned from circulating from July 26 at 00:01 to July 27 at 06:00 on the following streets and street sections in the 8th arrondissement of Paris:

Faubourg Saint-Honoré Street, between Balzac Street and Haussmann Boulevard;
Louis de Funès Alley.

Also note that the circulation of all vehicle types is prohibited on July 26 from 6:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, between Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Élysées-Marcel Dassault roundabout, as well as on Avenue de Marigny, between Avenue Gabriel and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

Another restriction: vehicle traffic will be banned on July 26 from 6:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., on the following streets and sections of roads in Paris Centre, the 7th and 8th arrondissements:

François Mitterrand Quay, between Royal Bridge and Carrousel Bridge;
