For this year's Nuit des Musées, the Musée Roybet Fould in Courbevoie is transformed into a guinguette! Join us on Saturday, May 18, 2024 to enjoy the program with free visits.

The new Nuit des Musées is coming to the Musée Roybet Fould on Saturday, May 18, 2024! Every year since 2005, the Nuit Européenne des Musées (European Night of the Museums ) has attracted many curious onlookers, eager to discover our rich heritage in a fun, friendly and original way.

For, as its name suggests, the Nuit des Musées is an opportunity to push open the doors of museums and monuments all over France, from dusk until midnight. To mark the occasion, participating museums and monuments offer illuminated tours, fun activities and screenings, as well as other events such as concerts, all free of charge!

This year, why not take advantage of the Nuit des Musées to find out more about the Musée Roybet Fould? Located in Courbevoie in the Hauts-de-Seine department, this cultural venue is situated in the Parc de Bécon. Listed as a Monument Historique since 1987, this former villa-workshop was bequeathed by Consuelo Fould (1862-1927). For the record, the French painter wished to create a place paying tribute to the painting of her master and friend, Ferdinand Roybet. Today, the site is intriguing both for its incredible architecture and its fascinating history.

On May 18, for the 2024 edition of the Nuit des Musées, the Musée Roybet Fould is offering a special program. It's an opportunity to discover the collections of this little-known museum through free guided tours, but that's not all!
