This year, once again, the top musical events are lining up, especially in Paris and elsewhere in Île-de-France. If you live in the Seine-et-Marne, for example, you’ll have plenty of choices. For residents of Melun, head to Place Praslin on Sunday, June 21, 2026. And, for the second year running, the gardens of the Préfecture will be unusually open to the public and transformed into a real open-air stage! The city also announces the installation of two stages on Place Saint-Jean, from 6pm to 9pm.

### A stage in the Jardins de la Préfecture, on registration!
The City of Melun and the Prefecture of Seine-et-Marne are once again joining forces to offer a series of concerts in the gardens of the prefecture, unusually open to the public and transformed into an open-air stage. An afternoon not to be missed, to enjoy a refreshing vibe beneath the trees in a historic setting.
4:00 PM ● conservatoires des deux-muses
Students from the Melun and Vaux-le-Pénil conservatories will perform on stage. Come listen and cheer these budding musicians.
6:30 PM ● INTER-LYCÉES #2026: NESRA – LOLA – LéA
Spotlighted in high schools by the agglomeration Melun Val de Seine’s cultural education and action program and supported by Amplifiés and Scène 77, these young artists will take you on a journey through pop, folk and French song.
7:15 PM ● Semra
A group with eclectic influences and winner of Tremplin 77, this trio found the perfect setting in the prefecture gardens to let their tracks — blending rap lyrics with jazz and classical influences — shine. Discover it without hesitation!
### La Place Praslin
Once again this year, Place Praslin welcomes its usual stage and a pop, funk and rock lineup curated by Scène 77.
8:15 PM ● PEDT — Projet éducatif du territoire
This selection of artists from Melun’s neighborhoods stems from a joint effort between the City’s services and several local associations engaged with the youth. Guided through writing workshops, recording, and stage coaching, they will open the big stage program on Place Praslin.
8:45 PM ● Cassily
Cassily, a 22-year-old singer-songwriter, blends French chanson with UK indie rock in intimate, catchy tracks. Since releasing her first EP in February, she has built a growing following and drawn the attention of RTL2, which has been spinning her track Oublier ton nom. Inspired by Adé, Wet Leg and Michel Berger, she embodies a generation seeking freedom. Come listen to her.
9:45 PM ● Soulful Echos
Soulful Echoes is a Jazz-Hip-Hop-Soul trio featuring a rapper/singer, a pianist-composer, and a drummer. They offer a vibrant, colorful musical experience where groove and lyrics merge, tackling topics both personal and universal. With polished writing, harmonic finesse, and solid rhythm, they aim to bring people together, make you dance, laugh, and maybe even cry. Discover their style!
10:45 PM ● Goupils
Goupils is a nu funk band of five musicians weaving vintage 70s keyboards with modern synths. Without guitar, their music relies on funky grooves and pop-infused sounds designed to get the crowd moving. Between live energy and an immersive world, the group offers songs that are accessible, catchy and distinctive. Listen to them here without delay.
11:45 PM ● final set with DJ RÉatha
DJ Réatha has made a name for himself in mixing and scratching contests. A regular guest in opening acts for international artists, he delivers a sound influenced by hip-hop, soul, funk, electro and Afro.
