What to do for Music Day in Montreuil? This outer suburb of Paris, located to the east of the city in the Seine-Saint-Denis department, unveils its impressive program for Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026. Free concerts by Franglish, Keziah Kones and 2L, plus a fireworks display... Discover the concerts and musical happenings on offer as part of the city’s festival and the urban cultures festival, which again this year coincides with Music Day.

More than 40 years of festive celebrations, and the Fête de la Musique keeps moving us year after year! On June 21, all of France celebrates music in every genre, with beginner and veteran artists alike, performing in the streets, the parks, the restaurants, the churches or concert venues.

Launched in France in the early 1980s, the Fête de la Musique is a celebration of music and artists of all styles and genres, with no cultural hierarchy. An initiative much appreciated by the French, who have been coming out in force for all these years.

In the inner ring of the Île-de-France region, the city of Montreuil, known for its artistic, solidaristic, and popular vibe where cultures mingle and countercultures flourish, we’re gearing up to celebrate summer with music! So what’s in store in this eastern suburb for the Music Day 2026 in the Paris region? Free concerts by Franglish, Keziah Jones, , 2L, and Guerta, plus a fireworks display... Here’s a selection of the best musical plans and activities planned at Parc Montreau!

Note that this two-day event, scheduled for Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June 2026, is organized as part of the fête de la ville et du festival des cultures urbaines which, once again this year, coincide with the Fête de la musique.
