La Fête de la Musique 2026 takes place in Clamart this Sunday, June 21, with several free concerts around town. Place de la Mairie, marché de La Fourche, théâtre Jean Arp or espace Saint-Jo: discover the announced program.

Want to properly celebrate the new Fête de la musique ? Join us on the Sunday, June 21, 2026 to enjoy a wide lineup of free concerts across every genre. Rock, rap, classical, hip-hop, jazz, funk, zouk, and electro... On June 21, all styles will be in the spotlight, with some cities hosting established stars and others showcasing rising talents.

For the Fête de la Musique, inaugurated in France in 1982, was launched at the time on the initiative of the Ministry of Culture to shine the spotlight on budding musicians. Over 40 years later, live music continues to resonate throughout France and the Paris region every June 21.

If you live in the Hauts-de-Seine, plenty of good deals are on offer, including in Clamart. This year, the Île-de-France town is pulling out all the stops with a flood of free concerts. Here’s the program!

Music Day 2026 in Clamart, the program

Sunday, June 21, 2026 — Multiple venues across the city — Free

City Hall Square, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Organized by the Music in Clamart association
The performance space in front of the café terraces on the town hall square will come alive at 4 p.m. with students and ensembles from the Conservatory and Music in Clamart.

From 7:00 to 8:30 PM: BB: Berger & Balavoine by the Harmonie de Clamart
We’ve found it again—the favorite cassette you used to wear out on the Walkman your grandma gave you for your birthday. Side A Berger, Side B Balavoine, the two icons who carried the anger, the love, the rebellion and the hope of an entire generation. The Harmonie de Clamart brings these two giants of French chanson together in a single show, the way only it can deliver!

8:30 PM – 11:00 PM: Music program in Clamart

  • 20h30 : MIC choirs (pop rock)
  • 21h : Distracted (teen workshop in pop rock style)
  • 21h30 : Les Pixels (adult workshop in rock)
  • 22h : JSP (youth workshop in hard rock)
  • 22h30 : MIC faculty concert featuring a Stevie Wonder tribute

An automatic misting system has been installed at the Town Hall and at La Fourche to help keep these spaces cool during heatwaves and periods of extreme heat.

La Fourche Market Square from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

This year at La Fourche for Music Day, CEMC students—from the youngest to the oldest—will perform pop, rock, folk, blues and electro covers for you! Come in large numbers to clap, support them, sing and dance, have a drink or eat at the Market Café!

Air‑conditioned venue at the Jean Arp Theatre at 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM

At 5 p.m.: One Shot Cocotte
Five quirky musicians who put a fresh spin on reggae’s biggest hits, from French music to global classics. Their musical “coq’tail,” at once mellow and groovy, charms audiences and gets every generation dancing.

At 8:30 PM: Zadkiel
A professional musician who honed his craft at the Clamart Conservatoire, he will perform for Music Day not as a solo act but with a band. The repertoire spans pop-rock, folk, French chansons and English-language songs, all delivered with a hybrid acoustic-electric vibe for the occasion.

 

Saint-Jo Space, 7:00 PM–10:30 PM

From 7:00 PM, an eclectic live lineup: choir, rap, rock, jazz, funk, and polyphony—something for every taste.

The ClamaRock festival will bring together six local amateur bands on the Gare square, delivering the best of pop and rock to the crowd. Expect the biggest classics—from Classic Rock to Indie, garage, fusion, alternative, and pop—alongside original tracks from our resident songwriter-artists.
Come feel the energy in a festive, unmistakably ROCK-for-ever atmosphere!
