News: Fête de la musique this Sunday, June 21, 2026! As every year, this major, popular, and festive event is a chance to soak up a full day of music from a wide lineup of amateur and seasoned artists performing live. In Paris, the best bets are plentiful, with free concerts in bars, museums, parks and gardens, and even churches.
Live music can be heard beyond Paris, including in Seine-et-Marne! This year, for the 2026 edition of the Fête de la Musique, the Gardens of the Prefecture of Seine-et-Marne will open their doors to the public, an exceptional occasion.
Join us on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at Parc de la Préfecture de Seine-et-Marne to enjoy a rich, eclectic music lineup that spotlights the region’s young talents.
The event kicks off at 4:00 p.m. with the Conservatoire des Deux-Muses. Around 6:30 p.m., don’t miss the 2026 cohort of Inter-lycées. Discovered in CAMVS high schools and supported by Les Amplifiés, Scène 77, and M.O.S, these young artists will guide you through sounds spanning pop, folk, and chanson. Finally, the Semra trio will close the evening with a concert blending rap, jazz, and classical influences. To satisfy your hunger, a food truck will also be parked in the park.
Heads up: this music evening is free, but accessible only via pre-registration.
