The Fête de la musique returns to France on June 21, 2025. As every year at the same time, musicians - both amateur and professional - take advantage of this great popular and festive event to bring out their instruments and offer the public some delicious musical moments. Whether on the streets, in bars and restaurants, in parks and gardens, in churches and institutions, or in museums and cultural centers... live music resonates throughout Paris and the Île-de-France region for an entire day and evening.
For this year's Fête de la musique, a host of musical highlights are on offer in a wide range of cultural venues. This is particularly true of the Musée national Eugène-Delacroix, which will once again be tuning in on Saturday June 21, 2025.
An artist's home and place of memory, created as a tribute to Delacroix by the greatest artists of the 1920s, the Musée Eugène Delacroix bears witness to the admiration these artists had for the painter and his work. Located in the heart of Paris, in the former apartments and studios of the painter Eugène Delacroix, the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix is a unique and captivating museum space. The cultural venue also organizes events from time to time, such as the Fête de la musique.
On Saturday, June 21, 2025, we're heading for the garden of the Paris museum to live to the rhythm of classical music. Two concerts of 30 minutes each will be offered for the occasion: the first at 6.30pm and the second at 7.30pm. Both concerts are free of charge, but reservations are required.
