Paris 2024 Olympics in the Paris Region: find out where to celebrate the Games! From July 26 to August 11 and from August 28 to September 8, there are plenty of fan zones where you can enjoy the Olympic Games. Giant screen broadcasts, entertainment and catering are all on the cards for a great time.

The summer of 2024 promises to be a historic one for Paris and the surrounding region. The Olympic Games, from July 26 to August 11, followed by the Paralympics, from August 28 to September 8, will not only be held in sports arenas or in front of screens at home. In fact, theÎle-de-France region is set to vibrate to the rhythm of almostthirty fan zones, the epicentres of the Olympic festivities, accessible free of charge to all residents of the region. Marc Guillaume, the region's prefect, promises spaces where "everyone will be able to take part in the Games", thanks to live broadcasts on giant screens, as well as a variety of activities.

From Chelles to Torcy, via Nanterre, Étampes, Sceaux, Bandoufle, Vincennes or even Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, La Courneuve andÎle-Saint-Denis, each fan zone promises to offer a suitable capacity, from 500 to 9,000 people, to share the highlights of the competitions together. These venues will not be limited to broadcasting sporting events. They will be transformed into real meeting points for all, offering a variety of activities, from live music to catering, all in the spirit of conviviality and sharing typical of Olympism.

The fan zone initiative is part of a drive to extend the Olympic experience far beyond the stadiums and gyms, by making this global event a celebration accessible to all. With its 26 competition venues, including 15 Olympic and 11 Paralympic, as well as 25 training sites, theParis Region is the beating heart of the Games.

Parisians and tourists alike are invited to take part in this great celebration, whether at the foot of their own building or in a nearby park. The fan zones offer a unique opportunity to experience the excitement of the Games, cheer on the athletes and share emotional moments, all in a festive, family-friendly setting.
