For Valentine's Day 2016, Le Bristol invites us to the refined, intimate and elegant setting of L'Epicure for a romantic dinner. For the occasion, Eric Frechon, who has been elevated to the rank of Officier de l'ordre national du Mérite, has concocted a hyper-romantic dinner.

The 2017 Valentine's Day menu at Le Bristol:

Asperge verte du pertuis and caviar de sologne,
fine sabayon with menton lemon,

Scallops cooked a la plancha, black truffle emulsion,
Jerusalem artichoke mousseline with roasted hazelnuts,

Blue lobster roasted in salted butter,
grenailles and samphire, head juices with green curry paste,

Challandais duck roasted with spiced honey and sugared almonds,
raw and cooked turnip with orange juice, medjoul date with preserved lemon,

Pink grapefruit in hibiscus jelly,
Sorbet with fine rosé champagne bubbles,

Bourbon vanilla ice cream, passionflower juice with pepper,

And to make the dinner even more special, Le Bristol has teamed up with Boucheron to offer a Reflet watch to one of the Epicure guests, drawn at random during the evening!
