Noisy-le-Sec 2025 Franco-Arab Film Festival

The Festival du Film Franco-Arabe de Noisy-le-Sec -whose screenings take place at the intercommunal cinema Le Trianon in Romainville- returns for its 14th edition from November 7 to 16, 2025!

On the program for this year's edition, sponsored as it has been every year for the past 9 years by director Costa-Gavras, is a selection of some 30 feature-length fiction and documentary films, including many never-before-seen films, as well as shorts. Most of these films are presented by their teams, at Le Trianon cinema.

The program also includes retrospectives, previews and many other events featuring international guests, filmmakers from Arab countries or related countries, who honor contemporary Franco-Arab cinematographic creation. This year, the focus is on Tunisia and its cinema, which is undergoing a veritable revival.

"Whereas the country produced two or three films a year in the early 2000s, 2024 saw a record number of films produced, with around thirty feature-length fiction films and as many documentaries, and around a hundred shorts. This dynamism bears witness to an industry in full structuring, driven by a new generation of daring filmmakers open to the world. Awarded prizes at the major festivals - from Cannes to Berlin to Venice - Tunisian cinema, committed, inventive and rooted in a strong social reality, is attracting an ever-wider audience and contributing to Tunisia's influence", explains the organization of the 2025 Franco-Arab Film Festival.
