The 35th edition of the Ciné Junior Festival, France's international film festival for young audiences, is scheduled to run from January 29 to February 11, 2025. This year, the event will be held at 60 partner venues in 27 towns in the Val-de-Marne and 15 in the Paris region. Ciné Junior offers children the opportunity to discover, exchange, learn and share while having fun, through a diversified program adapted to children from the age of 2. This year's theme,"Voyages", will link more than 130 films and 600 screenings, as well as encounters, workshops, ciné-concerts and ciné-danse, to recount the epics and extraordinary adventures that captivate more than 50,000 spectators every year.
The festival will feature a selection of 38 fiction and animation films, including 6 feature-length films in competition, 22 shorts in four age categories (2+, 4+, 7+, 11+), and 4 new programs. More than 40 guests and speakers will enrich the screenings with animations, workshops and discussions. Visit the festival website to find out about the highlights and films being shown near you.
