James Cameron is back in the spotlight with the theatrical re-release of his blockbuster Avatar: The Water Way. This sequel to the hugely successfulAvatar will be shown exclusively in cinemas for one week, giving audiences the chance to rediscover Pandora in 3D before the release of the third opus scheduled for the end of the year. Winner of the Oscar for Best Visual Effects, the film stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, Kate Winslet and Stephen Lang.

Avatar: The Water Way will be released in 3D theaters for an exceptional week from October 1 to 7, 2025. The film has also been available on Disney+ since February 9, 2025.
Synopsis: Set over a decade after the events of the first film, AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER tells the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri and their children), the trials they face, the paths they must take to protect each other, the battles they must fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.
With over $2.3 billion in worldwide box-office receipts and more than 14 million spectators in France, Avatar: The Water Way has become a veritable cultural phenomenon. This exclusive 3D re-release offers a unique opportunity to relive the experience on the big screen and immerse yourself in the spectacular visual universe created by James Cameron and his team.
