The Cannes Festival 2025 is fast approaching. Now that the official and Un Certain Regard selections, as well as those for Critics' Week, Directors' Fortnight andAcid , have been unveiled, and we now know the jury president, it's time to discover the Un Certain Regard jury!
After Canadian director Xavier Dolan last year, British director, screenwriter and cinematographer Molly Manning Walker will be president of the Un Certain Regard jury at the Cannes Festival 2025.
She will be surrounded by 4 jurors, including French-Swiss director and screenwriter Louise Courvoisier, Croatian director of the Rotterdam International Film Festival Vanja Kaludjercic, Italian director, producer and screenwriter Roberto Minervini, and Argentine actor Nahuel Pérez Biscayart.
This year, 20 films have been selected, including 9 premieres. Tunisian director Erige Sehiri's Promis le ciel will open the festival on Wednesday, May 14. Last year, , Guan Hu's Black Dog won the Prix Un Certain Regard.
