Almost 13 million spectators worldwide have been won over by"The Count of Monte Cristo", the French film event produced by Chapter 2 and Pathé. A true success, the adaptation ofAlexandre Dumas ' work will be followed by a musical show at the Folies Bergères in 2026, as well as a cine-concert, which has just been announced by uGo&Play on April 29, 2025, for a world premiere at the Palais des Congrès, on Saturday April 11, 2026 at 8pm.
In the presence of the film's cast and crew, you can rediscover this nearly three-hour film, which has won three César awards since its release, in a never-before-seen version with symphony orchestra, featuring 10 minutes of exclusive, never-before-seen footage. The 80 musicians of the Yellow Socks Orchestra will perform the now-famous soundtrack live, in sync with the film's big-screen projection.
Imagined as an opera, Jérôme Rebotier's symphonic score, under the artistic direction and executive production of Pierre-Marie Dru (Pigalle Production), accompanies the hero Edmond Dantès, played by Pierre Niney, in his poignant quest for revenge, sublimated by the power of the orchestra.
The ticket office opens this Wednesday, April 30 at 2pm, and tickets are going fast!
