Gizmo makes his entrance in a Manhattan skyscraper in Gremlins 2: The New Batch, airing on TF1 Séries Films on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:00 PM. Joe Dante directed this 1990 sequel, reuniting Zach Galligan and Phoebe Cates as Billy Peltzer and Kate Beringer.
The couple now works in billionaire Daniel Clamp’s building. Offices, shops, TV studios and a genetics laboratory cluster in the tower, where the creatures are set to multiply. Christopher Lee stars as Dr. Catheter, head of the lab.
The shift in setting places the characters inside a high-tech building, bristling with equipment, rather than in the small town of Kingston Falls. John Glover stars as the owner, Daniel Clamp. The film is also available to stream on TF1+'s French page.
