The 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will be held from May 13 to 24, 2025. At the traditional press conference, the selection of films in and out of competition was unveiled. Among them, the 22 films vying for the prestigious Palme d'Or!
The jury, presided over by Juliette Binoche, will have the tough task of choosing between the films in competition to award the Palme d'Or 2025 on May 24. In addition to the Palme d'Or, other awards will be presented at the end of the festival, including the Grand Prix, the Prix de la mise en scène, the Prix du scénario, the Prix du jury, and the Prix d'interprétation féminine et masculine.
So, will the Palme d'Or at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival be French, Italian, Belgian, American, or perhaps Swedish? Discover the 22 films in the running for the 2025 Palme d'Or.
