Highly anticipated by gamers, Pragmata, the sci-fi action-adventure game developed and published by Capcom, has revealed new images and confirmed its release date for PC and consoles. The Japanese studio unveiled a new trailer along with gameplay clips, offering a deeper look into this futuristic universe that blends exploration, combat, and storytelling. Pragmata is set to launch on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2 on April 17, 2026 (delayed from the initially planned release on the 24th).
As for the game itself, it's still more or less unknown, since apart from the trailer announcing the game in 2020, then those for 2022 and 2025, no information on either the story or the gameplay has yet been revealed. The only things we know are what the trailers have shown us, namely that we'll be playing an astronaut in a futuristic world, and that we'll be protecting a little girl.
Pre-orders are now open, and a demo will be released for PC players starting December 12th, with consoles to follow later. This game might remind you of a certain title... Stellar Blade, thanks to its mechanics, art style, and especially its soundtrack. Now all that's left is to wait until April 17th...
