We certainly weren't expecting it anymore... On February 21, 2024, FromSoftware and Bandai Namco unveiled a trailer for the DLC for one of the latest GOTY releases, Elden Ring. Entitled Shadow of the Erdtree, this promises to bring you back to the heart of the Between Earth and awaits you on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series on June 21, 2024. So, what's for dinner? As you'll have noticed, this DLC promises epic battles against new enemies, as well as new bosses, each more difficult than the last! Miquella, Malenia's twin brother, will be at the heart of the story. In terms of gameplay, everything that has made this Souls-like game such a success since its release, with particularly difficult battles and mechanics to be relearned for those who are no longer with the game.
You'll just have to be patient... But there's no doubt that Shadow of the Erdtree (remember, the DLC is not free and you'll need Elden Ring to play it...) will delight long-time fans. In any case, the trailer is very appealing and reminds us of many sequences from the main game, promising an equally fantastic experience.
