Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct scheduled for September 12, 2025 at 3pm, for a presentation lasting around 60 minutes. The presentation will focus exclusively on upcoming games for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Available online on the Nintendo Direct portal or on Nintendo France's YouTube channel, this event follows in the footsteps of previous editions dedicated to the console's catalog.
Regarding this Nintendo Direct, the aim of this meeting is to highlight the latest releases planned for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. The announced format remains classic, with a duration of 60 minutes, indicating the broadcasting of many trailers, but above all many announcements, whether of new games or previously mentioned softs.
What can we expect in terms of content? Although no information has yet been released on the softs presented, we can make a few predictions: a long-absent title, Professor Layton and the New Steam World, could finally be on its way out, especially as its release is still scheduled for this year. There's also news of Pokémon Legends: Z-A and The Duskblood. Ports of Wii U games still absent from the Switch catalog are also likely candidates.
