Emmaüs Alternatives Solidarity Fair 2026: the final edition with clothes by the kilo, plants and activities

Emmaüs Alternatives' Solidarity Fair bows out in Montreuil. For its 8th and final edition, by-the-kilo clothing, vintage finds, plants and activities headline the lineup for September 4–5, 2026.

The Emmaüs Alternatives Solidarity Fair is about to clear its racks one last time in Montreuil. With the association’s upcoming move, the new premises won’t have the space to host the event in its current format: this 8th edition will be the last at 260 rue de Rosny. Two days to hunt for bargains, reconnect, and make one final solidarity raid while basking in the venue’s atmosphere one last time, on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 September 2026.

On the thrift side, there’s no changing a formula that carries weight: clothes and accessories will be priced at €10 per kilo, with a vintage selection pulled straight from the shop’s rails to sweeten the deal. Bargain hunters will also be able to get their hands on books, CDs, DVDs and vinyl from €0.50, while Objectif Plantes will add a splash of greenery to the décor.

And since the Solidarity Fair has always got more than one trick up its tote bag, second-hand will share the spotlight with several activities. The BoBine will set up its photo booth to capture portraits of this edition, while Saturation Collective will raise the volume on Friday from 7 p.m. Games and activities with Déclic Projet Professionnel round out the program. For those with a small appetite, several stands and food trucks will also be on site, including La Payotte, Thaï at Home, Sanga Totem Nomade, Au QG Foodtruck, La Buela Bruni, Glaces Martinez and Croix de Chavaux Brewery.

Behind the hangers and the bargains, the spirit remains, unsurprisingly, solidarity. Emmaüs Alternatives focuses on social inclusion, collection, and reuse, giving a second life to objects and clothing while supporting people in precarious circumstances.
