We know L’Avant-Gardiste store well! To be honest, it helped us a lot to find uncommon items for us, or to find an original gift. It is a website making us go like: “how did they find this?!?” or “What a good idea, how come I didn’t think about that sooner?!” or often “What the heck is this?!?”.
And for good reason, when visiting L’Avant-Gardiste store, you can discover a mini candlelit raclette set, a mini arcade station, or unicorn poop to pop in your bath, or even a mini golf for when you go mind your business in the restroom, surprise is at every corner!
Although these uncommon finds tend to make a lot of noise (not like the anti-farts panties), you can discover trendy and high-tech items: plants, jewelry stands, connected items, in other words, only great ideas for your home!
The good news of the day is that now, L’Avant-Gardiste moves to the other side of our screens opening their first store in Paris! And it is in the Marais area – the typically avant-garde district – the store opens. Open in November 2019, this store could be the place to be for people willing to add a bit of “WTF” in their lives.
The store makes us feel like we are in a physical version of the website. Follow the neon lines and be surprised by the items laying in front of you. We must say this spot gathers a lot of people. If you love pop culture – including the Harry Potter saga, or Star Wars or even Friends – you will find objects likely to have a spot back at your place.
If you are looking ideas for your home, the store is filled with cocooning gems to make you feel comfy. L’Avant-Gardiste pushes the concept even further by dropping their own exclusive range. A pool table for your home, a beeropoly (a party version of Monopoly), a bath tray, it is as if the store anticipated our every need.
This is a place to remember if you want to find a gift for a Secret Santa party for instance, or a birthday, or any other celebration pacing the year. But this uncommon store also lives as a living place since the store usually provides group activities. To find out more, do not hesitate to follow them.
