Final Fantasy XVI meets Fashion Week! Square Enix France, in collaboration with Edmond Luu, the talented designer behind the Pièces Uniques brand, has unveiled a unique clothing collection entitled"Artefact Primordial". The collection is dedicated to the universe of the publisher's latest game, Final Fantasy XVI, available on PS5 since June 22, 2023. The collection, inspired by the heroes of Valisthea, will be presented at Paris Fashion Week Homme on the day of the game's release.

Edmond Luu, known for his love of imaginary worlds and video games, drew his inspiration from the vibrant, detailed world of Final Fantasy XVI. His monochrome creations play with minimalism and structure, reflecting the unique identity of the characters in this fantasy world. Each outfit, a one-of-a-kind piece, is a celebration of the game's universe, transformed into wearable fashion. Final Fantasy fans and fashion enthusiasts will be able to admire these works at a public exhibition to be held at Galerie Sabine Bayasil, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, from July 1 to 2, 2023.

The photographs in this collection were taken by Jérémy Soma, a photographer renowned for his '90s-inspired work, rich in vivid color and crisp clarity. Each image, conceived as an individual story, perfectly captures the majestic personalities and powers of Final Fantasy XVI's heroes, as well as the Primordials thatEdmond Luu has brilliantly interpreted in his creations. The game universe and the world of fashion thus merge in a work of wearable art, where each piece tells a story and reflects a utopian universe.
