Montfort l'Amaury, a charming town in the Yvelines department, hosts its 13ᵉ edition of the Fête des Plantes et des Jardins. Rendezvous with all gardening enthusiasts on the weekend of April 5 and 6, 2025, in the historic setting of this medieval town.

With the arrival of spring and the warm weather, the number of Fêtes des Plantes is increasing throughout the Ile-de-France region, and particularly in the Yvelines. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday April 5 and Sunday April 6, 2025 for the famous Fête des Plantes et des Jardins de Montfort l'Amaury.

A family event

With admission at €3 for adults and free for children under 16, the event is designed to be accessible to all. The event brings together 50 nurserymen, craftsmen and artists, all specializing in the various facets of gardening: from cultivation to the embellishment of green spaces. It's a unique opportunity to discover the latest novelties and trends in plants, trees and shrubs, adapted to every type of terrain and situation.

In addition to the exhibition and sale of plants, this plant festival offers a rich program of activities: workshops on wild plants, special events for children, not forgetting a refreshment and catering area where you can relax and enjoy the day to the full. Dogs on a leash are also welcome, underlining the open, family-friendly spirit of the event.

Located 40 km west of Paris, Montfort l'Amaury boasts a picturesque setting at the foot of the ramparts and on the edge of the Rambouillet forest. This place steeped in history provides the perfect backdrop for this event dedicated to nature and gardening.

A solidarity event

Organized for the 13th time by the Rotary Club of Montfort l'Amaury-Houdan, with the support of the municipality, this event is not just a rendezvous for gardening enthusiasts; it's also a charity project. 100% of the profits will be donated to the club's charities, adding an extra dimension of solidarity to the event.

How to get there

To reach the festival from Paris, visitors can take the A13 freeway, then theA12 towards Dreux, and follow the N12 to the Montfort l'Amaury exit. Access to the site is clearly signposted, and there is also a parking lot. By train, you can take the Transilien line N and get off at Montfort l-Amaury - Méré.
