Second chapter for Miu Miu Summer Reads, the most couture literary interlude of the summer. After charming the quays of the Hôtel de Ville last year, the free pop-up returns to Paris, this time in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, in the garden of the Bibliothèque nationale de France - site Richelieu.
On Friday June 27 and Saturday June 28, 2025, between historic woodwork and contemporary spirit, the Italian house invites strollers, readers and the curious to plunge into the novels of two visionary authors, chosen for their look at intimacy and commitment: Simone de Beauvoir 's Les Inséparables and Fumiko Enchi's Les Années d'attente, both revisited as objects of desire.
Exclusive editions, Miu Miu-designed covers, designer bookmarks, metal reading clips, collector's stamps... Each book becomes a manifesto. All to be devoured while sipping a complimentary iced coffee!
Conceived as a nomadic collection - from Beijing to Osaka, via Hong Kong, Milan and Paris - Miu Miu Summer Reads celebrates reading as a moment of grace. There's no catwalk here, just a moment suspended around words - open, powerful, feminine.
Just a stone's throw from the Palais Royal, this luxury (and free!) idea kiosk proves that a good novel is as essential as a good accessory.
