In Les Mureaux, land of breakdance for years, takes place this April 1, 2023 interregional dance battles to decide the best B-boys and B-girls of the regions of Ile-de-France, Normandy and Centre-Val de Loire. Qualifying for the final of the French Breaking Championship, the competition will be open to the public, for free! The opportunity for the curious and urban dance fans to discover the best French athletes, before the arrival of the discipline at the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.
These inter-regional "battles stages" will allow the winners of each category (under 16, over 16, girls and boys) to reach the national final which will be held in Reims at the end of April, to score points in the ranking (national and international ranking) which allows to integrate theFrench Breaking team and to acquire the status of high level sportsman with the participation in the Olympic Games in sight.
See you from 6 to 8:30 pm to attend the semi-finals and finals of the four categories. In the future, classes and breaking events will be offered regularly in the region, but in the meantime, enjoy several exceptional breakdance and hip-hop dance shows, with the young talents of the territory, starting Friday, March 30 at 3pm, at the COSEC in Les Mureaux.
