This year, the 21st and final stage of the Tour de France will set off from the Yvelines region, and more specifically from the Vélodrome national de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. You can follow the start of the race free of charge inside and outside the building!

Attending the start of the last stage of the Tour de France is always an event! This year, however, there's no show at the Paris La Défense Arena, as the start takes place in the Yvelines! So we're off to the Vélodrome national de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Whether you're a cycling enthusiast or just curious, this is a not-to-be-missed event if you live nearby! From 3pm, you can watch the riders' presentation from the grandstands, free of charge, in the central area before they make their way to the forecourt.

At 4:30 p.m., it's off to the start! And Tour de France cyclists will be able to enjoy an Olympic course, as the Vélodrome will be hosting events next year, as will the Golf National, the BMX stadium, and even the Château de Versailles! Giant screens inside and outside the Velodrome will enable you to follow the event live on TV, as if you were in the peloton.

Before the start, don't forget the advertising caravan, if you'd like to pick up a few souvenirs of the Tour de France in your town! Dozens of vehicles and floats will parade along the route, two hours before the riders pass through, between Villepreux, Les Clayes-sous-Bois, Plaisir, Élancourt, La Verrière, Trappes, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Voisins-le-Bretonneux and Guyancourt!
