An exceptional rugby match is scheduled for November 11, 2025, Armistice Day of the First World War, at the Jean Moulin stadium in Suresnes. For the occasion, the Army and the Navy will face off on the field in support of those wounded while defending France, both at home and abroad. This annual challenge, the Foch Ronarc'h Challenge, is both a great sporting event and a commemoration, accessible to all for five euros.
All proceeds from the match are donated to associations that care for the wounded and their families. Head to Hauts-de-Seine for an extraordinary commemoration, which is a change from the ordinary, in the early afternoon for the women's match and immediately afterwards for the men's match between the two army rugby clubs, after the oval ball arrives by Army helicopter.
Every year since 2013, the Foch Ronarc'h Challenge has pitted the Army Rugby Club (RCAT) against the Navy Rugby Club (RCMN), the only time to see a rivalry between the two entities!
