From now on, you won't be going toAquaboulevard just to go down the slides, wake surf, dive in and dive out, but also to take your weekly sports class. At least, that's been possible since the start of the new school year in September 2023, with the new sports classes offered in partnership with Vital'eau.
From the age of 4, children can learn to swim, while adults can try their hand at a variety of aquatic disciplines, such asAquagym,Aquabike (indoor cycling in the pool) or, more unusual, Cardio Boxing in the water, with adapted boxing bags and gloves),Aqua Pîlates,Aqua Jump (on trampolines immersed in the pools)... Vital'eau even offers longe-côte, a discipline usually practised outdoors in the sea, which you can try out in the park's outdoor pools!
Baby swimming sessions are also available for infants aged 6 months and over. The first trial lesson is free, regardless of the discipline you choose, then you can opt for an annual subscription or a book of 10 sessions for baby swimmers and children's classes, while for adult classes, the monthly formula (at €49.99 per month) gives you free access to all the activities on offer. Alternatively, you can opt for the 10-session booklet, which costs €150. In short, this is a particularly good concept if you're looking for classes to try out, for young and old alike, to learn to swim in a fun way, or to get back into shape a little more intensely!
