The Dream Machine is an immersive experience that plunges you out of time and space, like nowhere else in the region. We tried out this incredible half-hour session, comfortably installed on a mountain of cushions, in a cocoon plunged into semi-darkness, lit only by a white lamp. With headphones on, you close your eyes and enjoy a psychedelic (but no side effects) journey into the depths of your mind.
What's most astonishing are the colors under our eyelids. Thanks to this machine, which stimulates the brain and the optic nerve with pulsating dots of light, our minds wander and begin to glimpse shapes and beautiful landscapes. However, the machine's light is only white, as you can see by opening your eyes! Not everyone sees the same thing, and that's the whole point of this experience, which can be enjoyed alone, in a duo or in a trio with your loved ones (we went into space!).
You're plunged into a state of phenomenal relaxation, halfway between relaxation and hypnosis, which makes you feel as if you're far away from Paris, wandering happily through the beauty of the universe, to the sound of rhythmic music. Depending on the program chosen, this altered state of consciousness enables you to reduce stress, stimulate creativity, improve your sleep (you could almost fall asleep during the session!) or meditate deeply, for 20 minutes to an hour.
