Being in good physical health often helps with good mental health, and it's on this principle that the ASICS brand and the city of Paris have joined forces to offer Parisians free, sporty activities with the"Paris, bouge ton esprit" program. Since November 9, Mind Runs have enabled you to take care of your body and mind, thanks to free sessions every Thursday, which combine physical activity in a group, according to your level, and a workshop to exchange ideas with a wellness specialist.
These sessions aim to explain to Parisians the impact of physical activity on the mind, and to prove it through regular exercise, accessible to all. Each session focuses on a different theme, such as self-confidence, lack of motivation, fatigue or stress, to deconstruct what prevents us from taking up sport, and find effective solutions. All you have to do is try it once and take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle!
The city of Paris is offering this weekly program to help its residents break the sedentary habit. Come along to the QJ (Quartier Jeunes), in the 1st arrondissement, to take part!
