The Brain Race is back for its 5th edition at the Domaine National de Saint Germain en Laye! This solidarity race, organized by France Sclérose en Plaques to raise public awareness of this disease, the leading cause of non-traumatic disability in France, will take place on Sunday July 6, 2025 and offers three different courses in the national forest: the 10km run, the 5km walk and run or the 2.5km walk.
Take part in this day of solidarity, accessible to all, by walking or running, to help raise funds and support research into this disease, which affects more than 130,000 people and is most common in young adults. This incurable disease attacks the brain and spinal cord, with a wide range of often invisible symptoms: chronic fatigue, cognitive problems, etc. As with many races, you need to raise a minimum of 180 euros to take part!
In the community village, enjoy a collective warm-up before the start, massages and stretching for runners, disabled sports activities with the Comité Départemental Handisport du 78, and a photo booth to end the day with a souvenir.
