Have you ever tried playing sports in the dark? The city of Meudon, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, invites you to join a Fluorescent Night of Sports at the Georges Millandy Sports Complex, on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 6 p.m. to midnight. Try your hand at playing football, 3x3 basketball, badminton, volleyball, or table tennis in the low light. You can also challenge yourself with nighttime climbing, enjoy a game of mini bowling, or test your skills on the LÜ interactive wall—a digital display that reacts to your movements through more than 40 mini-games.
An unusual activity for families or friends, where the only rule is to have fun. Participants wear fluorescent accessories—such as vests, body paint, or bracelets—to avoid moving around completely blind, surrounded by balloons, nets, or fluorescent ground markings that help you aim at the goal! It's a way to change how you perceive space, especially without the regular lighting we're used to in everyday life, even during sports.
Also on the agenda: a face painting booth, a refreshment stand to relax and refresh, some fun freebies, and a photo booth to capture memorable moments from this free evening. The event is open to everyone — no registration required.
