In the spring of 2015, Secours Populaire celebrated its 70th anniversary with a big birthday party at Le Zénith in Paris. That year, the Paris venue in the 19th arrondissement welcomed a host of talented artists, including Oxmo Puccino, Tété, Hocus Pocus, Nach, C2C, Louis Chedid, Florence Foresti, Kyan Khojandi and of course -M-.
10 years on, Secours Populaire is preparing to celebrate its 80th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the French non-profit organization is announcing the return of its famous"Secours Pop Rocks" evening; an event to be experienced on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Le Zénith in Paris. The program? An evening of music and solidarity, with 100% of proceeds going to Secours Populaire.
For the moment, the official and complete list of artists present at this concert has not yet been revealed. But we can already reveal that Matthieu Chedid, aka -M-, will be taking part. A regular at the"Secours Pop Rocks" evenings, -M- will be delighted to take part once again in this event, renamed the " Live Extraordinaire du Secours Pop' Rocks " for the occasion. Stay tuned for the ticket office opening on February 18 at 10am.
In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, Secours Populaire organized a series of musical evenings under the name"Secours Pop Rocks". Back then, Shaka Ponk, C2C, FFF, Oxmo Puccino and -M- performed at the Bus Palladium. On each occasion, all ticket sales were donated to Secours Populaire Français.
On September 13, 2025, make way for the " Live Extraordinaire du Secours Pop' Rocks ", headlined by -M-. Don't miss the box office opening on February 18 at 10 a.m., and stay tuned for the rest of the program!
